Free trial first
Every new company gets a 14-day free trial with full access and no payment. We ask you to use the trial to decide whether BuildMetric suits your work before you subscribe.
Cancellation
- The yearly subscription (₹8,999.00 + GST) does not renew on its own, so there is nothing to cancel at the end of the year.
- You can stop using BuildMetric at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- To close your account and have your data deleted, write to our contact form.
Refunds
Because a full free trial is given before payment, subscription fees are generally not refundable once the subscription is active. We refund in full in these cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged twice for the same subscription.
- Payment taken, plan not activated: money was debited but your subscription was not activated within 2 working days and we could not fix it.
- Request within 7 days of first payment: for your first ever subscription, if you write to us within 7 days of payment, we refund the full amount.
Custom work that we quote separately is refundable only for the part not yet started.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the same account, card or UPI ID used for payment, through Razorpay, within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. GST charged is refunded along with the amount, and a credit note is issued.
How to ask
Write to our contact form with your Company Code, payment date and the Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.
