This policy explains how Nexonowa IT Solutions, C-121, Gaurs Siddhartham, Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (“we”) handles personal data in the BuildMetric website and software. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Your customers' and workers' details that you enter (for example client names or worker phone numbers) are processed by us on your behalf. You are responsible for having their consent where required.
2. How we use data
- To run, secure and improve the Service.
- To send service messages: account, payment, renewal and support. We send marketing only if you agree, and you can stop it at any time.
- To meet legal duties such as GST and accounting records.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your project data for advertising.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service, under confidentiality: our hosting provider (servers in India or abroad with adequate protection), Razorpay for payments, and SMS, WhatsApp or email providers for messages. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Security
Passwords are stored encrypted, every company's data is kept separate, and access inside your company is limited by role. Connections are protected with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account exists. If you stop using the Service, we keep it for 90 days so you can export it, then delete it, except invoices and payment records that we must keep under tax law (generally 8 years).
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, or raise a complaint. Write to us at our contact form. We reply within 30 days.
